About Cindy Coleman
For over 30 years, Cindy worked in the commercial property & casualty insurance industry. She began her career as a property underwriter. She then cross trained into other lines while working her way up to Executive positions throughout the western US. Always having the entrepreneurial spirit, Cindy decided to open up her own insurance agency that focused on developing homogenous and non-homogenous insurance programs. After five years, she was lured back to the insurance company side. She sold her insurance agency and finished her insurance career specializing in Workers’ Compensation. She continues to hold her Property & Casualty Agent/Broker license for the state of California.
In July 2017, Cindy’s entrepreneurial spirit was calling on her again. She grew up watching her family manage and grow real estate portfolios. So, she decided to leave the corporate world and begin a new career in real estate. Cindy formed CJC Property Solutions, LLC. She joined a national network and quickly began educating herself. She also joined WREN (Women’s Real Estate Network), local REIA’s and FIBI’s to associate with like-minded real estate entrepreneurs. By 2018, Cindy had acquired four properties in Tennessee to fix and flip. Going back and forth managing the projects, while exciting, was taxing. At this point, she decided to transition from fix and flipping into investing in first position Performing and Non-Performing Notes. She works diligently with other investors as well as building her own portfolio throughout the US.
